It’s always a joy being invited to photograph a wedding at Denbies Wine Estate! Nestled in the picturesque Surrey hills, Denbies Wine Estate offers a truly breath-taking setting for a wedding celebration. The rolling hills of the estate creates the perfect location for outdoor marriage ceremonies and a beautiful backdrop for your wedding photos. Be it the small and intimate setting of the Vineyard Restaurant or Vaulted Cellar, or a larger celebration in the beautiful Conservatory Atrium, Denbies has a variety of venues to suit your wedding. My personal favourite is the Gallery Restaurant located on the third floor of the winery, offering stunning 360 degree views over the estate.
The perfect English vineyard wedding venue in Surrey
I’ve been fortunate to photograph many beautiful weddings at this amazing venue and I’m always excited to return (and not just for the wine!). One of favourite parts of the day is to take 5 minutes during the early evening for couple photos. When we catch that last light towards the end of golden hour, it’s just perfect! Another unique feature on your wedding day can be to include the Vineyard Train Tour for your guests where they can enjoy a glass of bubbly taking in the panoramic views of the estate and beautiful North Downs!

ELLIE & JAMES – Denbies Wine Estate Wedding
I loved every minute of Ellie & James’ wedding! We had a few moments where the good old British weather was causing havoc, in July of course! I’m so pleased that we made it out in to the vineyards for these awesome bride and groom photos. I met up with Ellie and her bridesmaids first thing to document the preparations. It’s a privilege to capture these moments on a wedding day, Ellie’s dress reveal to her Dad and bridesmaids was truly special. Their wedding reception was held in the Conservatory Atrium with amazing entertainment from the super talented (and hilarious!) Stringfever. Click on the photo to enjoy looking at their gallery!
JO & GREG – Denbies Wine Estate Wedding
I was thrilled to be able to document this special day for Jo & Greg; a truly awesome couple to photograph! Their ceremony was held outdoors on the lawns with the vineyards as a backdrop, what a perfect setting! We also took advantage of the vaulted wine cellar for some unique bride & groom photos. Celebrations continued with a vineyard train tour amongst the beautiful estate before heading to the Conservatory Atrium for their wedding breakfast, including a shared drink with their guests from personalised shot glasses, love it!
