Directly:

The data we collect from you when contacting us / making an enquiry on our website and submitting an enquiry at a promotional event. This will be your name, email address, a phone number and any details relevant to your photography event.

Anonymously:

The data we collect could include your IP address, country you’re located in, the specific pages of our website visited and the device you were using to do so. See Cookies (below).

Third-party:

If you purchase a product or service from us using the online payment method, your card information is not held by us but collected by a third-party payment processor who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions. (EWCID – www.ecwid.com). The only information we receive from the third party are notifications that a transaction has taken place, with the name of the payee, the date and the amount of the transaction.

If you view your photos on our web site you will automatically be directed to a secure third-party web page (www.shootproof.com). You may be asked for an email address and username to access your images for security purposes.

 

How we use your data…

We will hold on to your data for the necessary time required to complete the service you have opted for. Information that you provide will be used for:

• Communication in regards to an enquiry or service being provided
• To notify you of any changes to our business
• Internal marketing (with your consent should you wish to ‘opt in’).

 

Direct marketing…

We have a growing client base and like to keep our clients up to date with any news and special offers that might be of interest. We offer you the option to ‘opt in’ to this service. You have the right to ‘opt out’ of this service at any time.

 

Who has access to your data…

We will not pass on your data to any third party for marketing. We will only use your data with our trusted third-party companies for online payments and online web gallery services. All of which have their own privacy policies. (see above).
